Recieved the following error when trying to test a workflow...Failed to start workflow. The EXECUTE permission was denied on the object 'CreateWorkflowInstance', database 'Apps_FLProviderMaint_Nintex', schema 'dbo'.

Hi Melissa,

It sounds like the service account thats assoicated with the application pool (IIS) doesn't have permissions on the Nintex database. Can you open the IIS Console, go into Application Pools and find the account running the web application where you are trying to start the workflow. Then open the SQL server management studio and browse to Security > Logins, ensure the account is added here and has the WSS_Content_Application_Pools role added (See Screenshot Below).
