In my workflow I query to the list and read items. I try to store one of the file in multiline text workflow variable. Actually I need the field content from the some of the items to be appended in one workflow variable. Is it possible?

Use 'Build string' action. Enter by 'Insert Reference' the multiline text variable into the text field and append it with other text. Use the multiline text variable as 'Store result in' too.
