Symptoms
We have a SharePoint list called 'Projects' in SharePoint 2013. We currently use a SmartForm titled 'Start Job Form' as the new, edit, and display forms for this list. I would like to change the form for these entries, but only the current 'Start Job Form' is available in the drop down lists to choose from.
1. Where/How are the drop down list values populated for the 'Manage Form Settings' in the attached image?
2. How can we enable other SmartForms in our environment to show up in this screen?

I tested the different ways this dropdown list is populated on the artifacts page.
Resolution
You may either add a new form from the K24SP artifact page by using the new button and selecting form, or you may open the K2 Designer and place the new form in the category for the SharePoint List. Example: All Items/SharePoint 2013/portal.denallix.com/Lists/Projects.
