We'vew had an ongoing issue with Nintex Forms Management in Central Admin erroring with a missing resource error. This started occcurring many versions ago.
We've finally with the latest install tracked down the issue to the following.
In "farm" installs where the web front end was separate from central admin the centyral admin web config was created with the following line:
<add expressionPrefix="NFResources" type="Nintex.Forms.SharePoint.NFResourceExpressionBuilder, Nintex.Forms.SharePoint, Version=22.214.171.124, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c52d764dcf7ec883" />
It should be per below (note the version should be 126.96.36.199, not the 188.8.131.52 from above)
<add expressionPrefix="NFResources" type="Nintex.Forms.SharePoint.NFResourceExpressionBuilder, Nintex.Forms.SharePoint, Version=184.108.40.206, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c52d764dcf7ec883" />

Are you in a position where you can redeploy the solutions to the Central Admin web app? Please review the section Steps for Deploying Solutions and review which need to be deployed to Central Admin. Installing Nintex Workflow 2013 and Nintex Forms 2013 I think it is page 16. The Forms solutions should be globally deployed. So if you retract and deploy again for those, it affects all web apps, be careful. Solution deployment is the only thing that changes the web.configs. Did this come from an update? How was this update deployed, from which server?
