Hi,

Please can you tell me what you're storing in the CollectionID variable and also the data type of the PDF ID variable?

Thanks

collectionID is storing numbers

Although if you notice below the last one is getting cut off after 3

3598;3601;3602;3606;3607;3611;3612;3617;3621;3623;3624;3626;3627;3629;3635;3636;3645;3646;3647;3649;3651;3654;3659;3663;3669;3670;3673;3677;3684;3686;3687;3689;3690;3691;3692;3696;3697;3699;3701;3702;3703;3707;3710;3712;3721;3729;3730;3732;3

Hi,

The text in workflow status gets truncated after certain length. You can check the collection content by using Run Now on the Query list action. The collection contains of ID's. Create the PDFId field as Single line text field type and then try again.

I think it's getting cut off because of the limited length if you use Log to history action.

Please can you change the PDF ID to a Single line of text and write it out to history each time through the loop? I suspect you've got a null in there.
