I need to pass this url in the custom workflow email

the url can hardcode but the 42 i get using the SmartObject load when the url display in email die 42 is not part of the link

How are you loading the data with the SmartObject?
Have you tried using a SmartObject event to save the result to a data field and using the data field to construct the URL?
