Reverting task - out of office

Hi all,


I am new to K2 and it would be great if  I get any suggestions on this. There is a reqirement like I need to revert back the task if there is an out of office status setting for a user to whom the task is been assigned. Like automatic work assignment to a predetermined user. Kindly suggest.

K2 includes Out of Office capabilities to address your exact requirement. K2 Out of Office enables users to define which tasks (i.e. per process or for all processes) are to be reassigned to another user. This is configured via the web-enabled worklist in the K2 Workspace or via the worklist webpart for Sharepoint.
