Can SmartActions be configured for Notes? The documentation, I was looking at indicates Exchanges server is required.

Hello K2 Beginner,
Exchange integration is a requirement for Smart Actions to work - it can be On-Prem or EWS. K2 can send all of its email via SMTP but K2 needs an Exchange mailbox and an Exchange connection string to be able to monitor that mailbox for any new messages.
