Hi guys, I was hoping you could help. I need to produce reports showing all our processes, how many instances were started this year and how many users (participants) there where for each process.

Is there a way of doing that?

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

There are a few ways you could go about creating these reports. I will discuss each and provide a link to some documentation for each reporting method.

Most likely the reporting functionality on the K2 Workspace should be the easiest option. On the workspace home page there are some reports that are already built into K2 Blackpearl. You should be able to use the Process Overview report to view all your processes, you can also specify a date and then view how many were started this year with this report.

Another option would be to create a custom report in workspace. With this you can create a report of your choosing if it doesn't exist in workspace at the moment. You may have to do this to get the report of how many users there were for each process as I don't believe this is a part of one of the built in reports.

If by chance you are working with K2 for Sharepoint you can also generate reports off of workflows that are based around a Sharepoint List or Library.

Another option is to create your own custom reports as a form in the K2 Designer.
