we are upgrading our K2 from ver 4.6.9 to 4.6.11 / 4.7
before Upgrading, i need to check the impact on current Working Applications
could it create any issue for applications made with 4.6.9 after upgrading k2?

If you are unsure about the impacts, I will recommend you test out the upgrade on a test environment or something. You should have no issue with upgrading to 4.6.11, but again, please test the upgrade thoroughly before proceeding.
4.7 brings quite a number of changes and features, and for smartforms, there is the introduction of Application Lifecycle Management, which might cause you some trouble initially, but in the long run, it should help prevent a number of dependency issues.
