Smartforms Integratio​n Wizard "Object Reference" error on Item Reference page

 

Symptoms

Dear Expert,

I am getting following error when I am trying to run the SmartForm Integration wizard (Start Activity) from K2 Studio on Item Reference page.

"An item with the same key has already been added."

a patch for k2 4.6.9 is available
