I am working on a project and we ran into issue with nintex form being 508 non complaint. Can somone please descirbe me how to fix this issue and make it 508 compliant?

Because Nintex is not a standalone tool when it comes to Forms for SharePoint Server, the 508 compliance would depend upon how your SharePoint environment addresses it. Not passing the buck, but Nintex will adapt most of the controls put in place by SharePoint.
