duplicate instance in k2 workspace

Hi All,

I have got some problem occored about 2 week ago. When I start k2 work flow with .net web application, I got duplicate instance in k2 workspace like pic below.

But when I look in k2 service manager, I saw that this process have only 1 instance for each time started k2 work flow.
Other k2 processes are did have problem like this. My Env are K2.Net 2003 SP2A, Windows Server 2003 Enterprise, and MSSQL 2000SP3.

How can I solve the problem?

Your issue may be due to a duplicate entry in the _ProcRights table of the K2Log Database. Please check the table and see if there are any rows that appear with your Username and a duplicate ProcSetId.
If so, please delete the duplicate row (if the rows are exactly the same you may need to delete both rows and reassign security to DomainNameUserName for this process), then restart the K2 service and see if the problem is resolved?
