Symptoms
I am trying to package a K2 app from SharePoint and when it goes to the screen that should download the package it sends me to an incorrect K2 server URL and displays page can't be found. I am trying to deploy this application to production and am unable to.
Diagnoses
The Environment Fields had the Server name instead of the URL for Smartforms Server and SmartObject Server. However the customer was now getting a Blank page on the Download the Package screen.
This second issue was related to the Service Account not being a local admin on the machine.
Resolution
Once we added the Service Account as a Local Admin and corrected the environment fields the issue was resolved.
