I have a few site workflows that I have imported workflows into. By doing this, a lot of the variables are the same as used in other lists. Does this cause a problem or confusion to the workflow by using the same collection id variables? Or is it smart enough to know it's for a different list? I schedule all of my site workflows to run at different times. Thanks!
Do you mean you've exported a workflow and imported it into a new workflow or are you talking about snippets that you have imported?
If you've simply created a new workflow and imported a workflow you've exported that's fine, you won't hit any trouble, every workflow is isolated so workflow 1 won't get confused if workflow 2 has a variable of the same name.
If you're adding a snippet, that might be different, but I'm not sure that's what you're doing here.
