SSP operations/Solution Management doesn't show the K2 Worklist webpart: k2worklistwebpart.wsp
i searched the hard drive and it can't be found?
1) how can it be installed?
2) where do i find it?

Sounds like the K2 for MOSS components didn't install fully.
If this is a distributed MOSS setup, you probably need to make sure that the K2 for MOSS components is installed on the WFE and Central Admin servers.
The other thing might be also to check the installation and configuration logs to see if there are any errors.
