This is about SharePoint 2013.
We have a list with a lot of running workflow instances in status 'In Progress' and we want to clean them up.
Idea was to create a website workflow with a start variable (comma separated list of list item ids).
Then determine each element by its ID and set the workflow status to 'Completed'. As this cannot be designed, the question is: How to achieve this kind of requirement?
To create a list workflow to set the workflow status (start manually or by menu item), is not reasonable because we have more than 3.000 elements to update.
Any ideas?
