We have created a leave request work flow that uses a Flexi-task. The Task Notification includes "Time-Off Request - RequestorName" which is a variable we retrieve from AD and then store in step 1 of the workflow.

The email notification generated by the Assign Flexi-task Task Notification adds [#DDDBRHCRHGRH#] to the end of the email subject line:

Time-Off Request - Johnson, Alan [#DDDARHBRHFRH#]

Any ideas on what this is and how to get rid of it? Thanks.

Hello James,

Did you enable the lazy approval in your Flexi Task?

Random characters will be generated at the end of Subject line for Lazy Approval benefits. When you reply to that email, these encoded characters will help to update your reply in Nintex workflow.

For detailed description you can read the following: LazyApproval Guide: Nintex Workflow 2013 & Nintex Workflow 2010
