How to provide security on workflows to everyone in the company?
For example, if i have 50 K2 workflows and i want everyone to have start and view rights, how do i give it in one shot or do i need to pick each workflow and provide access
Diagnoses
Diagnosis:
You can go to Workspace Management andgt Management Console andgt Workflow Server andgt Users and Groups andgt Users: Process Rights.
Click on view details to select the processes and the rights you want to give to the users
