I'm using a VirtualPC with the K2.net evaluation stuff.

Hi,

What version of K2.net 2003 are you using?
If K2.net 2003 SP2, please make sure that the Item X of Y textboxes are filled out. Close your IE browser and re-try.

Hi,

K2.net 2003 SP2 I think.

Perhaps it would help to delete all available instances, but I think it isn't possible, without the worklist, right?

Sure you can delete all available instances through K2.net Service Manager, but that would not make a difference to your error message - if it is caused by the Item X of Y text boxes of course.

First make sure that the Item X of Y text boxes at the top of your Worklist page is filled out with valid integer values - even if it is "1 of 10". Close your browser and browse to your worklist again. Does the error persist?

Hi,
you were right. I filled the text boxes with 1 to 10. No error anymore.
But the message: No worklist items are available for this view.
There is a number of instances to edit, so I don't understand why there shouldn't be any items available.

Does the K2.net Workspace show the correct user logged-in in the top right-hand corner.

If so, open K2.net Service Manager. Go to Worklist | Manage Worklists and retrieve all Worklist items for that same user to see if there are any.

Hi,

I'm sorry. The filter options were wrong. My fault.
Now it works.
Thank you very much for your patience. You see, I'm an absolute beginner.

No problem - we all need to start somewhere.
Thank you for the feedback.
