Attachments not saving along with form submission.
 

Diagnoses


The auto-generated rule look to have been removed during development.
 

Resolution

Added a 'Execute Another Rule' action to execute the Attachment View's 'When the Save Toolbar button is clicked' rule in the Save button of the form.
