Cannot add custom action to a work flow

I've create a custom nintex action I'm trying to deploy it to my On-prem share point site. I've added the action assemblies to the Gac, Imported the nwa file and also adde the Configuration files (.aspx and .cs pages). I've restarted my IIS a couple of times. I can see my custom action on the site but when i try to add it to a workflow, nothing happens, it does not get attached to the work flow. Does anyone what the issue might be?

can you please tell us which Nintex Version and which Browser Version you are running on?

Hi Philipp,

I'm running it on IE Version 11. using Nintex 2016. I've also tried it in chrome.
