Help, all my Approval Workflows are broken. Approvals not being procesed

Hi,

 

Was informed this morning that once requests are being received by the authorisors and they reply to the email (offline approval) with either approved/declined, the authorisers are no longer getting the K2 confirmation and none subsequent workflow actions are occuring.

 

I looked in the instance of the process and they are all sat in there....

 

I restarted the K2 Server Service and then all backlogged instances automatically continued.

 

But i've just submitted some test forms and it happens to all workflows, the authorisers get the request, the authorisers send back an approved/declined via email, but then nothing else happens.

 

Any able to help quickly?

Hi Sharpharp1

It sounds like your smartaction emails are not being processed by the K2 server. Check your inbox for the email account (i.e. the reply email address) and make sure the inbox is not full. It is a good idea to regularly purge this inbox to prevent it getting full, especially if you use smartactions a lot.

Also have a look at your K2 server logs and see if there are any messages relating to this.
