I would like to get some information about the following :
1-the integration with SAP is direct or it needs some middlewares. We succeeded to integrated on-premises Sharepoint with SAP. Does this make the integration with your system easy?
2- we are going to use Nintex forms and workflow, so is your licenses based on forms, workflows, or users? And how much it cost per license?
4-do your products support transport forms & workflows changes/new creation from Dev to QA and to production? And It needs licenses for each server or just production?
5-can we control eiditing some parts of forms based on approval.i.e: form goes to procurement, so procurement part inside the form is editable for them, after filling the data and approved it, it will go to finance to fill their part only while other parts just display (not editable) and then approve it.
same thing for hiding some parts based on the approval level.
5-do you have support inside Saudi Arabia or online ?
if you answer me, I will start requesting demo licenses and create some showcases.
