I'm on O365, the app is already added to several sites, it does not show up as a app available to add to new sites, forms does though. In the main site settings, it's telling me to renew/recover the license, when I try that the storefront tells me that it can't aquire the app. Any idea of what I need to do?

If you are getting this error when trying to add the app via the SharePoint storefront this may indicate a problem with your tenant. I recommend you reach out to Microsoft to investigate issues with your store.
Quick update on this. The application was originally installed using an "...onmicrosoft.com" domain named user, we were working with our domain "...@nescorentals.com" - the site only "obeyed" orders form the "onmicrosoft.com" domained folks and would not work for us - we deleted the app and re-added it using from an ID using a @nescorentals.com address - and now it likes us
