After upgrading from an older version of K2 we still have 14 databases. I understand with a new install this is consolidated down to 2 databases. Is there any type of conversion process to eliminate the other databases?

I would think it could be as "easy" as coping the data into the new schema based tables and updating the many connection strings in the configuration files? Has anyone done this already?

Thanks

Actually its a single database.  Contact K2 Support as I've been told that they have a tool available to automatically do the consolidation.

Let us know how it goes.  I haven't tried it yet myself.

Just wanted to share this linked resource for future searchers:

The K2 Database Consolidation Tool 1.5.pdf has a lot of detail outlining the process and other useful information.
