Using ADUM and SQLUM?

The installation process setup the ADUM by default and didn't create the K2SQLUM database for me. I'd like to use ADUM and SQLUM. Is there any way to create the K2SQLUM database manually?

Problem solved. The documentation provided doesn't match the changes in the new k2 version. All the K2 databases are now put under a central K2 database. That's why I couldn't find the K2SQLUM database.
