I would like to put some conditions on my escalations. Say I have three escalations for one activity I would like to have each escalation active if a condition exists:
Escalation 1 if datafield 'Status' = 'On Hold'
Escalation 2 if datafield 'Status' = 'Go
Escalation 3 if datafield 'Status' = 'In Progress'
Is this possible?
