Email Notification Event is not working

HI All

 

Our Email notification event is not triggering emails at all where Email event in the workflow is sending mails as desired. SMTP details seem to be fine everywhere. What else can be the issue causing email notification event not work properly.

If you are using K2 studio, ensure that you have the correct destination users set for the email event.  Another thing you could check is if the process is erroring out within the K2 blackpearl workspace. You can find the error logs for the relevent process by going to: Management  > (K2 Server) > Workflow Server > Error Profiles > All. If the process is encountering an error preventing the email event from firing it may be included in those logs.
