K2 Workspace App - Photo Capture (mobile)

Hi

 

Can someone confirm something for me.

 

With the K2 Mobile App, the Image Annotation control could be used to take a photo or use an existing photo from the mobile phone library.

 

From what I have read, with the new K2 Workspace App, the Image Annotation control is not supported (https://help.k2.com/onlinehelp/k2mobile/userguide/current/default.htm#K2Mobile/AppFeatures/Mobile-Features.htm%3FTocPath%3D_____3).

 

With new Workspace mobile app how do you replicate the scenario where the User clicks a button > Takes a photo?  Is this what the Image Attachment control will do?

 

Note: This is not something I can test as we do not have the mobile app set up as of yet.

I believe you are right please see our latest K2 5.3 system documentation and scroll down to the bottom where it says "consideration" it explains that the  Image Attachment control now has the functionality of the  Image Annotation control.
