Dear ,

If i understood u right , u r trying to fire different filters on same List view depending on the "Username" logged in ,

and u could perform , by using advanced condition in the filteration part , 

1-click on configure filter from the list setting 

Here u could use the name from the right pane , and configure it + configuring how u want to filter the list for this specific username , seperating each condition with or to perform filtering for each user in different way .

Currently this is not possible OOTB, Recently we've logged a feature related to this funtionality.

The filters now are only available for the user who created them.
