I am not able find any option for deleting Sharepoint workflow integration that i have used in the K2 Process.

Don’t think it is possible to remove any integration once it
has been added. You will have to start a new project to add the correct
integration. Don’t know the exact reason behind this though. what you can do is log a Support ticket to get this logged as a feature request.
