How do I validate a panel with multiple yes/no checkbox?

I have a rule where if "No" is selected on a question, a reason is required.

In the Panel I have multiple Yes/No checkboxes:

-Column1 (Default 'No')

-Column2 (Default 'No')

-Column3 (Default 'No')

-Column4 (Default 'No')

I would like to have at least one checkbox marked Yes. Is that possible validating the panel?

Im not sure the best way to approach this is , unless I use Javascript; Which Im not at all strong at.
