Could any one help me out by sharing the details about the K2 tabels where the tasks information and destination of the particular task will store?

Thanks for your reply, And it really helps to proceed further.

And one more quick check, I have 2 set of tables( Ex: server.Act and serverlog.Act).

Could you please confirm which set I need to refer?
