When installing K2 for SharePoint there is an executable called "K2 for SharePoint Application Deployment" that creates a folder on the K2 server which is then moved to the SharePoint server to complete the installation of K2 for SharePoint. The problem is the config file that is generated is inaccurate and the App Deployment configuration manager on the SharePoint server is unable to configure correctly. The app deployment fails. The solution for this is to copy the config file from the k2 server c:/Program files (x86)K2 blackpearlsetup folder to the SharePoint server and paste/replace the configuration file in folder that was previously copied to the SharePoint server. Then run the App Deployment executable. The app should deploy successfully.
