I would suggest installing the software in the following order:
1) IIS 6.0
2) .NET Framework 1.1/2.0
3) SQL Server 2000
4) SharePoint Portal Server 2003
5) K2.net 2003 SP3/SP4.

I want to install K2 Server 2003 on a new server with all the software listed below. The server has Windows 2003 SP1.
1) IIS 6.0
2) Sharepoint Portal Server 2003
3) .NET Framework 1.1/2.0
4) K2.Net 2003 SP3

Can anyone tell me the sequence in which the above must be installed on the server.

.NET Frameowrk 1.1 already comes with Win2003 SP1.
What about your SQL Server 2000 SP4?

Best would be to upgrade each component to the newest service pack before continuing to the next component.
