Are Nintex Forms 508 compliant for on Premises and/or Office 365?

There is a push within our organization to be 508 compliant.  This will include the forms we have within SharePoint.

Are Nintex Forms 508 Compliant?  Are they 508 compliant for on premises?  Are they 508 compliant on Office 365?

If they are not, is there a way for us to change the way the fields are created to make them 508 compliant?  Are some fields 508 compliant, but others are not?

I contacted Nintex Support Sales.  The person mentioned Nintex Forms does not support 508 compliance at this time, but that it is something they are looking to implement; however, there is no timeline on when it will be done.
