When a Nintex license expires or a new server is added to the environment that needs to utilise Nintex products a new license will need to be imported.
Instructions
1. License files are generally emailed and have a file extension of .nlf or .nlfx
2. To import a new Workflow license file, navigate to Central Administration > Nintex Workflow Management > Licensing (2010,2013) or Central Administration > Nintex Administration> Licensing (2016,2019)
3. Click the "Import license file" button
4. Browse for the license file that was saved from the email.
5. Click open
For Nintex Forms 2010 and 2013 navigate to Central Administration > Nintex Forms Management > Licensing and repeat steps 3 - 5 above.
