Diagnoses

?K2 does not send out notifications on Delegated Items as the Destination User of the Item has not changed . The User has simply shared Action Permission for either all or specific Actions on that Task Item . I would suggest that you get around this hurdle using Outlook Out of Office + Rules

The behaviour you are seeing is by design . Notifications are triggered when a Destination user is assigned to a Task Item . When an item is delegated , the delegated User does not get allocated a new item ... for all intensive purposes they don't have a new Work Item to work on ... They simply have permission to action an item on behalf of someone else .

The way the K2 Eventbussing works does not currently cater for this scenario . It has been logged as a feature request before .
