Hello, I have a problem with Work Items not appearing on worklist.
The items are active and assigned to me however I do not see them on my list.

my work list does not have new workitem (the ones displayed are old)

Do I have to use k2 smart forms or web forms to view workitem?
can I use win forms?

Hi,
From your screen shots I can't see in the workspace report what username the activity rests with. Can you also check the Service Manager to see if the process is in error state.
It might also be worth attaching the K2Server log file - showing only the parts that are related to this process, from starting it to sending it to the worklist.
