All our forms with filtered cascading lookup don’t work anymore. We don’t use any Custom validation.
And what means “The display format has change in the settings” ?????
Results with the v 220.127.116.11:
When choosing a value, the cascading dropdown doesn't show any results.
We had to go to 18.104.22.168 because of the bug with indexed columns and 500 item limit.
Now all our forms are blocked that use native SharePoint lookup columns and cascading lookups.
I suppose we are not the only ones that have this troubles??? Is anybody already on the Nintex Forms Int 22.214.171.124?

have you been able to solve your issue after the installation of the new build as suggested by Sumit? If yes, could you mark the answer as correct otherwise could you write to the community how have you solved it (hoping that it's solved now )?
