Where can I find Process Instance Log

Hi

I have designed an Infopath Form based workflow. One of the requirement is to add Process Instance Logs to Meridio, which a Record Management system.

I have figured out how to add stuff to Meridio, using K2 Meridio Event Template. But what I don't know is where to get the Process Instance Log from.

For eg. Infopath form moves from Activity A to Activity B then to Activity C, what I need is the information that is presented on Acivity Instances screen under Report from K2 Workspace screen.
