Nintex Workflow in SharePoint - Need guidance on automated notifications
Trying to setup a Nintex workflow in SharePoint. Used the Switch feature to setup multiple conditions. Unable to solve an issue I am facing with automated notifications shown in the image below:

This looks a bit odd as to why two emails are being triggered after the approval. One thing comes to mind is that the approval itself is generating and email and then the notification is the secondary email.
Any chance you can export your workflow design and attach it?
Hi, right now looking at your screenshot there is no pause between the first notification and the second one, so if the condition is met, it just proceed with the right branch of the condition and it changes the approval status and send the second email, without waiting for any user action..is it the correct behaviour you want in your process?
