If you use AD as your User Manager, the yes, you need an AD entry for each Destination User since each destination user will be authenticated against AD if/when they try to access their worklist items.

Hello all,

How can we insert email adress's from XML fields for Destination rules? It seems that when we use XML Fields as Destination rules, K2 gives us an error? Must these email address's have an AD entry? Or can it just be any email address like an Hotmail address?

Thanks,
