I facing an issue in the all worklist items in of of the process. the below message appear to me.
worklist item could not be loaded.
i have checked the serial number in the form and process and it is configured well.
the same configuration in the other process is workign fine.
any help please?

Hi there
Usually when this occurs, it means that the view that you are attempting to use to access the workflow has become corrupted. I would suggest attempting to edit the view and see if there are any issues there.
