Hi,

I am trying to get the escation time set to activity. We need to use it in the email notification. Is there a way I can get the escalation date which is calculated in K2.

Regards,

SP

Hi WF

Are you trying to work out the escalation date before it occurs?

How is your escalation date calculated: Escalate After or Escalate On?

If you simply adding a number of days to the start date (Escalate After) of the activity then you can create a data field and set its value using the Add Days function. If you are using Escalate On then you should already have the escalation date.

Hi Andrew,

Escalation date is calculated using Escalate After option.

We want to display the expiration date which is used in K2 in an Email which is send on epiration.

Thanks,

If you want to include the escalation date in an email that fires on the escalation date, then you can simple use the Now or Today function (under date time in the Function browser).

When the escalation email fires, it should be the time where it activity/event expires. So, the time of the email should be the time where it expires.

Not sure why do you need to include it in the email notification, but if you need to include it in the email, you would have to do it like what Andrew had mentioned, which is to use the inline function.
