We have hundreds of instances in error stage and would like to reroute them using a script/command. Is this possible?

Do you want to error repair? Ie…there was an issue in the process that you fixed and deployed a new version. In this case you should look at using K2 Process Management this will give you the option to repair all instance one time. It can be accessed from within Visual Studio > View > K2 Process Management.
