Symptoms
When attempting to open forms on a K2 Appit for SharePoint enabled environment the following error occurs:
"Claim mapping configuration cannot be found for this claim...Please ensure that you have configured the K2 server as specified in K2 Help: Installation and Configuration > Configuration > SharePoint > Claims-based Authentication."
Diagnoses
This is a known issue and is caused by the browser cache storing token information that is no longer valid for the K2 Appit for SharePoint environment.
Resolution
Issue was remedied by opening a new private browsing window. This issue can also be cleared up by completely clearing the browsers cache. Open a new private browsing window by doing these commands:
IE and Firefox : Ctrl Shift P
Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
