I am trying to create a workflow to calculate leave balance left after leave request is approved.
I have two froms, one where leave request are made/saved to and other to save number of days left.
In the workflow, I have used update item action to update the other list (not sure if this is how it is supposed to be) after approval is made. Configuration is as below:
The second list is LeaveBalance and the column that should be updated is Leave Balance.
I would like aslo to save the requestor's name so that manager can easily search for a name in the second list.
Note that the formula I used is =-[Number of Annual Leave]. 30 is a constant and number of annual leave is set by the requestor.
The configuration is wrong and I am not sure how to configure it, any ideas how can I preform the action?
