I am trying to create a workflow that is pulling information from a InfoPath form. On this form is a pdf document that the user will attach to be approved. Once the workflow is approved, I was to copy that PDF to another library. The other library is very restrictive, visitors group having read access. So I would like to change permissions to the visitors group as the Owner to be able to add this document to that library. Any assistance is appreciated.
create a service account and grant it sufficient permissions on the target library.
run the workflow with that service account credentials, or at least publish workflow with service account credentials and then use 'run as workflow owner' option
